Lynne steers the ship. A “Jill” of all trades, she is not only the beloved owner of Spellbinder, but also a renowned dog trainer, event planner, phenomenal cake baker and outdoor enthusiast. Her taste in books ranges from literary fiction to history and outdoor/adventure.

Genevieve, the only mom on staff, is consequently the ringleader of the children’s section of the store. You can count on Genevieve for tips on the hottest kids and teen picks and the most ethically made children’s toys on the Eastside. Check out her Booky Kids Blog!

Heather is the plucky tour de force behind the store’s “makeover.” If you think Spellbinder has been looking better than ever, you’re right.  And, it’s mostly Heather’s doing. In addition to revamping the “look” of the store, Heather is the go-to guru for cozy mysteries and history. Check out her Mysteries & Histories Blog!

Molly is the bright and bubbly posterchild of Spellbinder. If she doesn’t win you over with her smile, Molly will surely meet your book recommendation needs. Molly is a lover of lit, humorous reads and Sandra’s earrings (sold at the store).

Devon is the “mellow” one. But, don’t let her mild demeanor fool you. Her excitement about books and working at Spellbinder is on par with eating The Best Fudge Ice Cream Sundae in the World–which is pretty darn exciting. Devon likes too many genres to list, but she truly adores powerful literature, investigative journalism and children’s books. Check out her personal blog!

  1. Devon,
The blog looks great! I truly hope the Bishop community continues to support Spellbinder Books. It is such a great little book store. You certainly have provided a clear explanation of how to have an e-reader and support your favorite local book store at the same time. Also, thanks for the advertisement–I appreciate it.
    Love,
    Mom
